Missouri Highways, Transportation Commission awards contracts for SE district projects

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission has awarded contracts for southeast district projects which include contracts for resurfacing, pavement improvements and striping projects.

Among those awarded include a $5.3 million contract to Pace Construction Company for resurfacing Route 5 from Route 160 to the Arkansas state line in Ozark County, which also includes the addition of rumble stripes.

Also in Ozark County, a resurfacing of Route T to County Road 527 to County Road 512 and resurfacing of Route 181 from Route H to Route 160.

A $15.2 million contract was also awarded to Pace Construction to resurface Route 63 from Business 63 to Route F south of West Plains in Howell and Oregon Counties; and
to resurface Route 60 from Route 63 south to Route 63 north in Howell and Texas Counties.

Additional information, regarding timelines and impacts to traffic, will be released prior to the start of construction.

Other contracts awarded include:

A $1,995,966 contract was awarded to STF, LLC, for striping on the following routes:

– Route 60 from the Webster County line to Interstate 55,
– Route 67 from the Jefferson County line to Route 160, and;
– Route 63 from Route 60 to Route 14.

A $147,653 contract was awarded to Putz Construction, LLC, for pavement improvements on Route 61 near Route M in Perry County.
