A Viola man is facing 100 counts of child pornography stemming from alleged crimes from October 2022.
According to court documents, 56-year-old Gary Wayne Doke, Jr. is accused of 50 felony counts of computer child pornography and 50 felony counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
16th Judicial District Circuit Court Judge Tim Weaver ordered the affidavit in the case sealed citing “unidentified child victims.”
Doke was arrested January 11 and is currently being held in the Izard County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
