NAEC expects power fully restored by Sunday

North Arkansas Electric Cooperative personnel and contractors have restored service another percentage of members, but restoration efforts are expected to continue through Sunday. At 5am Friday morning, the cooperative had 4,898 outages in Baxter County, 109 in Marion County, 1,456 in Fulton County, 1,116 in Izard County and 11 in Stone County

According to NAEC, Mountain Home district crews are working in Arkana, Buffalo City, Gamaliel, Gassville, Lone Rock, Lakeview, Midway, Mountain Home and Oakland. Salem district crews are working in Brockwell, Camp, Henderson, Mammoth Spring, Moko, Oxford, Pineville, Salem, Sturkie and Viola. Ash Flat district crews are working in Center, Evening Shade, Franklin, Horseshoe Bend, Liberty Hill, Many Islands, Myron, Nelsonville, Poughkeepsie, Ravenden, Violet Hill and Wirth.

For Entergy Arkansas, outages were being reported to 148 customers in Baxter County, 1,817 in Marion County, 466 in Izard County, 202 in Searcy County, 2,729 in Stone County, 800 in Boone County and 42 in Newton County.
