13 business licenses issued in January; 7 home-based

The City of Mountain Home issued 13 business licenses in January, including seven home-based.

According to a report from building inspection manager Jeannie Anderson, the licenses include:

Hieu Nguyen for Mountain Home Nail Techs located at 309 Highway 62 East;

Jesse and Misty Gilliam for Target Inspection Services, a residential and commercial inspections and services business, located at 40 Plaza Way Suite 8-137;

Bruce Fontenot for Fontenot’s Bakery and Bistro located at 623 Highway 5 North;

Elisha Sharp for Rejuvinate Therapeutic and Wellness located at 149 South College Street;

Cheryl Tzavaras for Believe Lylyianne, a retail store, located at 372 East 1st Street; and

Luke Glasscock for Glasscock Financial located at 23 East 6th Street.

The seven home-based licenses include:

Violet Alden and Devan Pittman for Mountain Home Mobile Laundry Service;

Scott Hall for White River Handyman;

Mike Reynolds for Mike the Plumber;

Travis Dillard for Straight Line Fencing;

Forrest and Nicole Harrison for F & N Pressure Washing;

Jason Rowe for HBA Adjusting and Risk Services, an independent insurance claims adjuster; and

Tammy Campfield and Tia Thurston for T & T Bass Home Health Assistance.

Total licensing revenue for January equals $36,932. This amount includes $3,105 in alcohol tax and licenses; $33,806 in occupation licenses; $15 in pet licenses; and $5 in garage sales.

Total licensing revenue for the year of 2022 equals $235,092 which includes $80,404 in alcohol tax and licenses; $153,140 for occupation licenses; $195 in pet licenses; $1,217 in garage sales; $50 in police fees and $84 in miscellaneous fees.
