
A commercial addition tops the January building permits, according to a report from the City of Mountain Home Building Inspection Department.
The permit has been issued to Gregory Company on behalf of Baxter Healthcare Corp. for an addition to a building located at 1900 Highway 201 North, with a construction value of $19 million.
A permit for a commercial remodel has been issued to Crawford Electric for property located at 143 Highway 201 North with a construction value of $30,000.
The remaining permits were for commercial signs and issued to:
Action Signs on behalf of Optimum Cable located at 808 Club Boulevard with a value of $5,000;
Fontenot’s located at 623 Highway 5 North with a value of $2,000;
Dijohn Designs on behalf of Beall’s Outlet, located at 1060 Hometown Commons, with a value of $1,000;
Dijohn Designs on behalf of Hello Gorgeous, located at 1343 East 9th Street, with a value of $575; and
Wow Gifts located at 625 Highway 5 North with a value of $100.
Total construction value of the 7 permits issued in January equals $19,038,657.
The cost of all permits issued in January equals $39,053.
A breakdown of costs shows $39,053 in building permits; $47 in electrical; $75 in HVAC; $546 in plumbingl and $20 in driveway permits.
Building permit totals for 2022 equals $71,202 including $56,168 in building permits; $3,038 in electrical; $2,745 in HVAC; $8,928 in plumbing; and $323 in miscellaneous fees.
