Monday schedule includes Gainesville baseball team in tournament at Clever

Baseball and softball make up the local Monday schedule.

Gainesville will play back-to-back games on the opening day of the Clever Right Off the Bat Baseball Tournament. The Bulldogs will meet the host Bluejays at noon and Buffalo at 2:15.

Izard County is set for two baseball games at Cave City. The Cougars face the host Cavemen at 1 and Harding Academy at 3:30.

In other high school baseball, Dora hosts Summersville.

On the softball schedule, Dora entertains Willow Springs.
