Cardinals to begin 1st road trip of 2023 at Milwaukee

The St. Louis Cardinals are set to begin their first road trip of the season on Friday. The Redbirds will be in Milwaukee to start a three-game series against the Brewers.

St. Louis is currently at the bottom of the National League Central Division. The Cardinals have a record of 2-4 after getting swept in a three-game series at home by the Atlanta Braves.

Milwaukee is currently leading the division after following the loss of its season opener with a five-game winning streak. The Brewers wrapped up its road trip on Wednesday by sweeping the New York Mets.

Jack Flaherty will take the mound for St. Louis, and Milwaukee will go with Brandon Woodruff. The first pitch at American Family Field is scheduled for 7:10. Friday’s game can be heard on KTLO-AM. The broadcast begins at 6:15 with Ameren Total Access.
