MHHS state leadership winners advance to national competition

Several Mountain Home High School students recently competed in the FBLA State Leadership Conference where several students qualified to advance to the national level at the FBLA National Leadership Conference in June. The national conference will be held in Atlanta, Ga.

During the conference, Jace Godfrey was elected as the 2023-24 Arkansas FBLA State President. The MHHS Chapter was also recognized as the Top Contributor to March of Dimes for the year.

First place winners include Rylee Crecelius, Gracyn Goodwin, Sadie Quick in Hospitality and Event Management; Nicholas Stanton in Securities and Investment; and Emmanuel Westra in UX Design.

Second place winners include Brooke Bayless and Reagan Webb in Business Management; Brandon Belicek in Human Resources Management; Hadleigh Baker, Hannah Baker, Elle Bentley, Addison Farris and Noah Merry in Parliamentary Procedures; and Caden White and Juber in Sales Presentation.

Third place winners include Kylie Andrews, Ethan Carter and Jace Godfrey in Business Ethics; and Cadence Webster in Impromptu Speaking.

Fourth place winners include Sierra Balentine in Accounting II and Jack Coleman in Intro to Business Communications.

All students qualified to advance to national level competition.
