Another golf tournament will be held this weekend to benefit the Twin Lakes Golf Course. The Chili Open is a two-person scramble currently scheduled for Saturday.
The day begins at 8 with registration and breakfast, and the shotgun start is an hour later. All-you-can-eat chili will also be provided by Al’s Sports Grill. The tournament will be divided in the men’s, ladies’ and mixed divisions. In case of inclement weather, a rain date has been scheduled for Sunday at 1.
The entry fee is $43 per person, and that includes two mulligans and pay to “Play it Forward” on Hole 15. For registration and payments accepted later than noon on Thursday, golfers will be charged an extra $10. In addition, cart rentals are available for an extra $10 per golfer. Checks should be made payable to the Twin Lakes Golf Association.
