
Fourteen building permits were issued in March, according to a report from the Mountain Home Building Inspection Department.
A new commercial building tops the permits and has been issued to 7brew on behalf of 7 Brew Coffee located at 650 Highway 62 East. The building has a construction value of $750,000.
Rent Smith Properties located at 510 East 1st street with a value of $5,000;
Robert Austin for property located at 813 Baxter Avenue with a value of $5,000;
Randy Love for property located at 1704 East 1st Street with a value of $5,000;
Cyndi Lindenmeyer for property located at 517 Montgomery Avenue with a value of $2,136; and
Allen Hampton for property located at 1415 Nicole Lane with a value of $1,500.
Four permits were for temporary signs and issued to:
Horton Asphalt for two properties including 1350 Highway 62 East and 350 Highway 62 East with a value of $200;
Dairy Queen with a value of $200; and
Auntie Ann’s Food Truck located at 1610 Highway 62 East with a value of $100.
The remaining permits were for commercial signs and issued to:
Sign Studio on behalf of Take 5 Car Wash located at 124 Walmart Drive with a value of $19,000;
Springfield Signs & N on behalf of Tractor Supply located at 1025 Highway 62 East with a value of $8,700; and
Mountain Home Mercantile located at 31 East 6th Street with a value of $600.
Building permit totals for the month of March equals $4,292. Total construction costs equal $867,636.
