
A lot of questions have been raised about mailers and text messages sent by opponents of the proposed millage increase being sought by the Mountain Home School District. KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News reached out to Graham Sloan, the director of the Arkansas Ethics Commission to get some answers.
Sloan says contrary to what many people thought, the post cards sent to many residents in the school district did not violate any election laws.
