6 building permits issued in April

Six building permits were issued in April, according to a report from the Mountain Home Building Inspection Department.

A residential remodel tops the permits and has been issued to Justice Construction on behalf of Walt McKay for property located at 103 East 8th Street. The building has a construction value of $500,000.
A permit for a residential remodel has been issued to E_Protect Restoration, LLC., on behalf of Kevin Cullen for property located at 723 Thorn Street with a value of $117,038.
A commercial remodel permit has been issued to Criner Excavation on behalf of Doug Liechti for property located at 619 South Baker Street with a value of $15,000.
A permit has been issued Marianna Anszczak for a residential addition for property located from 842 to 844 Circle Drive with a value of $150.

The other permits were for temporary signs and were issued to:

Horton Asphalt, Sealing & Striping on behalf of Chens Garden Joy, Inc. located at 1310 Eastside Center Court with a value of $200; and
Loudmouth Entertainment located at 9824 County Road 6310 with a value of $50.

Building permit totals for the month of April equals $1,840. Total construction costs equal $632,438.
