A sporting event benefitting Special Olympics is coming up this month at Big Creek Golf and Country Club. The North Central Board of Realtors Golf Tournament is scheduled for June 19.
The day begins with registration at 8, and tee time is an hour later. Lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided.
The cost for the four-person scramble is $125 per golfer. Entrants may sign up as a team. Individuals can also register and get assigned to a team. Checks should be made payable to “NCBOR Charitable Foundation.” Entries are due by June 16.
The number of flights and prizes will be determined based on the number of entrants. Prizes will also be awarded for skill events on various holes.
Golfers are asked to wear soft spikes, tennis shoes or walking shoes. No metal spikes are allowed on the course.
