Baxter Physician Partners recognized as National Leader in Prevention and Wellness

Baxter Physician Partners was recently recognized as a National Leader in Prevention and Wellness at the 2023 Signify Health Symposium. Baxter Physician Partners (BPP), an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) is comprised of 315 physicians and two hospitals including Baxter Health and North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. BPP received this recognition due to over 60% of their Medicare patients completing an annual wellness visit over the last year.

Signify Health is an ACO management group focusing on improving healthcare outcomes by building trusted relationships to make people healthier.

Director of Primary Care Clinics at Baxter Health Karman Nesbitt, states “Baxter Health is invested in improving the health of our communities through services provided at our primary care clinics. Services such as annual wellness visits, chronic care management, and preventive care screenings to help our patients maintain or improve their quality of life.
