The Mountain Home Hurricanes swim team had one of its best performances as a club as they won Saturday’s meet at Harrison. The Hurricanes beat out the host team, Jonesboro and Pocahontas.
Mountain Home had numerous individual wins including:
-Ethan Kaye (age 8) in 25-yard freestyle and 50-yard freestyle
-Anabelle Tucker (age 8) in 25-yard freestyle
-Parker Kohler in all his ages 9-10 events
-Callie Kohler in all her ages 11-12 events
-Brandon Belicek in 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard individual medley in ages 15-18 boys
-Don Mathews in 6-and-under 25-yard backstroke
-Everett Edmunds (age 8) in 25-yard backstroke
-Chloe Wilson (age 12) in 50-yard backstroke
-Bryce Kaye (age 12) in 50 backstroke
-Chris Leaming in 100-yard backstroke and 100-yard butterfly (ages 13-14)
-Ayla Horn in 100-yard backstroke (ages 15-18) and 100-yard freestyle
-Caleb Due in all his events, 100-yard backstroke, 100-yard butterfly and 100-yard freestyle (ages 15-18)
-Carolina Hilvert (age 8) in 50-yard freestyle and 25-yard butterfly
-Ella Dubuque (age 9) in 100-yard freestyle and 50-yard breaststroke
-Eve Miller (age 14) in 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke
-Layla Bowers (age 8) in 25-yard breaststroke
-J.W. Bailey (age 12) in 50-yard breaststroke
-Christian Belicek (age 13) in 100-yard breaststroke
-Charlotte Schaffner (age 10) in 50-yard butterfly
-Annabelle Horn (age 12) in 50-yard butterfly
