Three area women suffered minor injuries when the utility task vehicle (UTV) they were in overturned early Sunday morning in Howell County. Lynnsey Foster of Viola, Sara Erby of Pineville and Josie Guffey of Moody, all age 22, were transported by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Erby was the driver of the UTV on County Road 7960, and Foster and Guffey were her passengers. They were nearly three miles south of Moody when Erby reportedly failed to negotiate a curve. She overcorrected, and the vehicle overturned.
The UTV had minor damage in the 2:53 a.m. accident.
