An area man was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash late Saturday afternoon in Ozark County. Thirty-three-year-old Justin Stepp of West Plains was transported by air ambulance to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Stepp was traveling on Missouri Route CC. He was nearly five miles south of Dora when his motorcycle traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a tree and overturned. Stepp was reportedly not wearing a helmet.
Stepp’s motorcycle was totaled in the 4:30 p.m. accident.
