12 business licenses issued in June; 7 home-based

The City of Mountain Home issued 12 business licenses in May, including 7 home-based, according to a report from building inspection manager Jeannie Anderson.

The licenses include:
Chris Dantz and Jamie Pruitt for Kantz and Pruitt Properties, a short term rental, located at 1015 Ramble Lane;
Kevin Hutchinson for Chick Fil A Branson, a mobile food vendor;
Sharp Automotive located at 1419 Highway 62 West;
Rodney and Allison Wiseman for Tidy Tails-Amos and Oak, a dog and small animal groomer, located at 28 Paul Wood Lane; and
Rachel Presson for The Spa Pantry, a salon and day spa, located at 156 South Main Street.

The home-based licenses include:
Karl Koch for Ozarks Plumbing Service;
Chris Vining for Vining Electrical Services;
Hannah Teague for Cozy Connections;
Jason Rushing for Outlaws Heating and Air;
Joseph Demers for All American Softwash;
Cecil Stuart for Stuart Electrical; and
Lydia Norvell for Three Bears Shaved Ice.

Total licensing revenue for June equals $9,538. This amount includes $7,477 in alcohol tax and licenses; $1,851 in occupation licenses; $45 in pet licenses; and $165 in garage sales.
