The Arkansas Department of Health has issued a boil water order for customers in the Pyatt Waterworks.
A boil water order has been issued in Marion County for Pyatt Waterworks for customers beginning at 9994 U.S. Highway 62 East in Yellville to George’s Creek due to a main break.
Water samples will be sent to the health department on Monday for testing.
All affected customers are advised the water may be unsafe for human consumption, and water used for drinking or food preparation must be boiled briskly for one minute prior to use. All ice cubes should be discarded and only boiled water used for making ice.
