Several golfers gathered at Twin Lakes Golf Course Friday for the Twin Lakes High School Invitational.
Flippin won the boys’ team title with a total of 125. Bergman finished second at 138, Valley Springs was third at 148, and Cotter ended up fourth at 154. The Bobcats’ Tucker Thompson took the medalist honor with a 37 as he finished six strokes ahead of teammate Cody Downs and Bergman’s Caden Ponder. Cole Principato led Cotter with a 50, and Keyton Carnahan was Valley Springs’ top golfer with a 45.
Landrey King of Valley Springs was the medalist on the girls’ side with a 39, and teammate Stevie Jennings was four strokes back. Reese Johnston led Flippin as she finished third with a 48. Shawna Foster led Cotter witha 62.
