Three were rescued from a vehicle stranded in northwest Arkansas floodwaters Sunday morning. According to a report from KHBS/KHOG, Jenkins said the three people avoided injury were evacuated from the car at 53rd Street and Village Parkway around 5:30. Jenkins also stated crews had multiple calls about transformers and downed power lines, including a downed line at South Fifth Street and West Cypress Street.
