12 building permits issued in July

According to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager, Jeannie Anderson, 12 building permits were issued in July.

A new commercial building tops the permits and has been issued to Bryan Bell Construction on behalf of Heartland Pharmacy located at 128 North College Street. The building has a construction value of $596,690.

Two other permits were for commercial buildings and issued to Gregory Company on behalf of Yelcot Telephone Company located at 317 South Church Street with a value of $296,885, and Gregory Company on behalf of Marshella Norell for property located at 1026 Highway 201 North with a value of $115,000.

Three permits were issued for residential buildings and issued to ABC Home Solutions on behalf of Bob Crider for property located at 176 Olympic Drive with a value of $325,000; Hobbs Siding and Windows on behalf of Freedom Hobbs for two properties located at 1088 Ozark Avenue with a value of $148,000 and 1081 Ozark Avenue with a value of $140,000.

A permit has been issued to Americom Construction on behalf of East Side Baptist Church for a commercial remodel of property located at 718 East 9th Street valued at $187,500.

Two permits were issued for residential additions, one was for Audrey Cooper for property located at 1812 Franklin Avenue with a value of $75,000, and the other for Wanda Goebel for property located at 1409 Nicole Lane with a value of $2,500.

A permit was issued to Horton Asphalt on behalf of Nosari Home Mortgage located at 1001 Highway 62 East for a temporary sign valued at $100.

The last two permits were issued for commercial signs and given to Auntie Anne’s Food Truck with a value of $100, and Little Rock Conway Sign on behalf of Access Medical Clinic located at 1607 Highway 62 East with a value of $24,129.

Building permit totals for the month of July equals $7,809. An estimated total construction cost equals $1.9 million.
