
Extreme heat dominated the week, affecting the attendance at the 96th annual Baxter County Fair. After last year’s attendance seeing a return to pre-coronavirus pandemic levels this year saw a drop in attendance of roughly 30 percent.
Baxter County Fair President Glenn Priebe spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News Sammy Raycraft about how the heat played a role in the lower numbers.
