MH splits Monday football games with Harrison

Mountain Home had mixed results as they hosted Harrison for a pair of football games.

Mountain Home took the junior varsity contest 28-7. Brantlee Phillips was involved in all four touchdowns for the J.V. Bombers as he threw a 36-yard strike to Tate Cudworth and a 29-yarder to Kaeden Dotson. Phillips also ran for a three-yard touchdown and a one-yard score. Ethan Clark hit all four PATs. In addition, Dayton Davis recorded two interceptions and caused a fumble, recovered by Brenton Setzer, and Hunter Estes added a pick. Mountain Home remains unbeaten in four games on the season.

Mountain Home did not fare as well in the seventh grade contest. The Seventh Grade Bombers lost to Harrison 42-6.
