The Baxter County Conservation District, together with NRCS, The Baxter County Cooperative Extension Office and Quails Forever will be hosting the 2023 Annual Field Day event Oct. 19 from 6 until 8 at the Baxter County Fairgrounds Education Building.
Featured topics are NRCS’ High Tunnel Initiative, the Bull Shoals – White River 319 Water Quality Program, Baxter County Hay Improvement Project and a presentation by Dillon King with Quail Forever.
A dinner will begin at 6 with a menu of pulled pork, chicken, coleslaw, potato salad, pasta salad, desserts and drinks. Presentations will follow at 6:30.
The event is free to the public.
