Baxter Health has reported its active case count for coronavirus is down slightly from a week prior, although an increase admitted to the hospital.Infection Preventionist Stephanie Free states as of Friday, the hospital had 24 positive cases, compared to 26 the week before. Free says Baxter Health currently has five COVID-19 patients in isolation and one admitted to the intensive care unit.
Active case counts for the Twin Lakes Area along with the state are no longer available on the Arkansas Department of Health (ADE) website. An ADE spokesperson told KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News, dashboard managers have not updated the count since the spring and has since been taken down.
