A Midway man’s affection for a stuffed animal has led to his arrest. A Baxter County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 55-year-old Theodore Morgavan III after catching the man having sex with the stuffed animal in public.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the deputy observed a vehicle parked at a commercial storage facility in Midway. The deputy noted the vehicle was “rocking.” As he approached the car and looked inside, he saw Morgavan having sex with a stuffed animal.
During a search of the vehicle, the deputy found a purse that contained two marijuana pipes and one syringe. During the booking process at the Baxter County Detention Center, methamphetamine was found in the purse.
Morgavan is charged with public sexual indecency, possession of a controlled substance, furnishing prohibited articles and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is free on $5,000 bond.
