The Norfork High School basketball teams split with South Side-Bee Branch to wrap up the Bobby D. Hulse Memorial Classic on Saturday. The Lady Panthers breezed past the Lady Hornets 58-33. Norfork did not fare as well in the boys’ contest as they fell to South Side 59-34.
Cotter was able to win the first girls’ game of the Jasper Junior High Tournament as they topped Lead Hill 53-10. Myah McNutt led the Junior Lady Warriors with 21 points, and Riley Brotherton added 14. Cotter will return to Jasper on Wednesday to face the host Junior Lady Pirates.
