Little Rock police say a man who tried to break up a fight and was shot has died from his injuries. Thirty-two-year-old Kelvin Hawkins died Saturday after being hospitalized following the shooting Thursday afternoon. Little Rock authorities are now investigating the case as the city’s 49th homicide of 2023.
