A multinational company with a location in Mountain Home has been placed on the list of the best employers worldwide by Forbes. Danfoss has received the honor for three consecutive years from the business magazine, ranking at No. 143 this year.
It’s been just over two years since what was known as Eaton Hydraulics merged with Danfoss Power Solutions. Local human resources manager Mike Rotenberry and plant manager Brian Ross recently spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News. Rotenberry says Danfoss is a privately-owned business that is not under the sway of stockholders, and more attention can be paid to the employees.

The company recently completed a survey to determine employee satisfaction. Ross says the results of the survey shows Danfoss has improved in multiple categories.
