
Eight building permits were issued in October, according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.
A commercial addition tops the report with the permit being issued to Retail Pro Contracting on behalf of Tractor Supply Co. located at 1025 Highway 62 East with a construction value of $466,950.
A permit has been issued to Gregory Co. on behalf of T-Mobile located at 1195 Hometown Commons for a new commercial building valued at $308,749.
Three permits were issued for new residential buildings and include:
Mize Construction on behalf of Joshua Matteo for a residence at 1204 Chestnut Hills Drive with a construction value of $389,263; and Hobbs Siding and Windows on behalf of Big Jobs LLC., for properties located at 1384 and 1368 Hampshire Circle, both with a value of $240,000.
A commercial addition permit has been issued to Tasty Greens To Go LLC. located at 300 East 9th Street valued at $2,000.
Three permits were issued for residential additions and structures. The first permit was issued to Michael Suned for a property located at 706 Kenway Street with a value of $800. A permit has been issued to Mayor Hillrey Adams for property located at 1536 Meadowhill with a value of $4,700, and a permit was issued to Holly and Charles Landown for property located at 501 Nevada Avenue with a value of $1,200.
A residential remodel permit has been issued to Sandland Construction on behalf of Prime Equity LLC located at 805 Gray Street and valued at $120,000.
The last three permits were for commercial and temporary signs and have been issued to:
Acura Neon on behalf of Arvest Bank, 819 Wallace Knob, valued at $48,000;
McClain Chiropractic, 940 East 9th Street, valued at $200; and
Horton Asphalt for ASUMH Tech Center at 4034 Highway 62 West, valued at $200.
Building permit totals for the month of September equal $5,116. The estimated total construction cost equals $1.8 million.
