In Corning, Arkansas the Clay County Detention Center’s head jailer has been arrested on meth charges.
Today, 55 year old Tammy R. Spears was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Spears has been terminated and her bond has been set at $20,000.
