The Bombers defeated West Plains by a final of 73-58. The game was back and forth early on with seven lead changes and three ties. Mountain Home looked to be pulling away in the second quarter for a moment, but the Zizzers cut the margin back to three to go into the halftime locker room. The Bombers were able to cut down on their turnovers in second half. That combined with West Plains getting called for several more fouls helped Mountain Home pull away and eventually post the 15-point win.

Braiden Dewey led the Bombers with 25 points, and Rhett Gilbert added 15. Briggs Hughston scored 16 points for the Zizzers before fouling out, Jared Kraft had 14, and Josiah Long chipped in 12.

West Plains falls to 0-3 on the season. Mountain Home improves to 8-1, and their next game will be Saturday in Farmington when they meet Benton in the Bad Boy Mowers Cardinal Classic.
