The state’s Department of Finance and Administration reports that Arkansas medical marijuana sales set a new record in 2023.
The number of Arkansans with active marijuana patient cards rose by 8.4 percent. Medical marijuana sales totaled $283 million for the year.
This record sale is up from the previous record of $276 million in 2022.
