Two area high school girls’ basketball teams squared off Saturday in the championship game of the Kell Classic at Swifton. It ended with Izard County falling to Mammoth Spring 71-40. Brynn Washam was the Lady Bears’ top scorer with 24 points, Adrianna Corbett had 14, and Tay Davis and Laney Young each added 10.
