The Mountain Home High School swim teams competed in a meet at Batesville on Saturday.
The Bombers finished third on the boys’ side. The host Pioneers got the win, and Searcy was second. Caleb Due ended up second in the 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke, and Benny Vetter took second place in the 200-yard individual medley.
Mountain Home’s girls finished seventh as three swimmers made the trip. Peeka Traver won the 100-yard freestyle and was second in the 50-yard freestyle.
