A Fayetteville man is facing negligent homicide, felony fleeing and other traffic violations after he caused a collision that resulted in the death of an innocent civilian. This comes after an Arkansas State Police trooper initiated a pursuit after he witnessed 20 year old Noah Cargill driving recklessly. Cargill fled from the trooper, eventually lost control of his vehicle and crashed into an oncoming car, killing 56-year-old David Michael Pemberton of California. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
