City of Yellville water customers who live inside the city limits will soon have new water meters.
Starting Wednesday, Mid-South Metering will begin changing out all water meters for customers within the city limits. Yellville Mayor Shawn Lane states the project should take approximately two weeks to complete.
Lane says the process should not take very long. He says the contractors will knock on customer’s doors before they start the process to let them know the water will be off for a short period while the change is completed.
