Arkansas State Police report a fatal crash involving a highway police unit on I-40 in Jennette occurred Wednesday.
Authorities say a truck struck a parked highway police unit before hitting a guard rail and overturning. The truck caught fire and the two occupants did not survive their injuries.
The driver of the highway police unit was not seriously hurt.
