Tuesday basketball schedule includes MHHS in regular season road finale at Greenbrier

High school basketball makes up the local Tuesday schedule and includes Mountain Home’s last road trip of the regular season. The Bombers and Lady Bombers are set for an outing with Greenbrier.
Mountain Home’s girls are currently 20-8 on the season and 9-3 in the 5A-West after losing at Greenwood on Friday. Greenbrier is 11-16 and 6-6 as they come off an overtime win over Alma. The Lady Bombers defeated the Lady Panthers 63-40 on Jan. 23.
The Mountain Home boys are 19-9 overall and 7-5 in the league following a two-point overtime win at Greenwood. Greenbrier is 13-15 and 3-9 after getting edged out by Alma on Friday. The Bombers topped the Panthers 62-45 nearly a month ago.
The junior varsity games tip off at 4:30 at the Panther Pavilion. The varsity contests begin around 6 and will be broadcast on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com and the Bomber Sports Network on YouTube.

Also in the 5A-West, Harrison hosts Russellville, Siloam Springs travels to Van Buren, and Alma entertains Greenwood.

Elsewhere, a few area boys’ teams in Missouri will begin district play.

Three area teams will be in Mansfield for their openers in the Class 2, District 10 Tournament. Bakersfield faces Mansfield at 4:30, Gainesville takes on Fordland at 6, and Dora plays Norwood at 7:30.

Forsyth goes to Sparta for its first game in the Class 3, District 11 Tournament. The Panthers will be paired with Pleasant Hope at 5.
