Three women from Oregon along with two others were injured following a single-vehicle crash in Howell County early Tuesday morning.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the driver, identified as 30-year-old Allie N. Dudgeon of Milton Freewater, Or., was traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 63 one mile north of Brandsville in Howell County when her vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Dudgeon sustained moderate injuries. Her passenger, 25-year-old Abigail Allen sustained minor injuries along with two children ages four and six. An eight-year-old was seriously injured.
All occupant with the exception of the eight-year-old were transported by ambulance to Ozark Healthcare in West Plains. The eight-year-old was transported by air to CoxHealth South in Springfield.
