In March, 14 building permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.
A new commercial building topped the report with the permit issued to Holyfield Construction for Fast Past Urgent Care located at 1020 U.S. Highway 62 East for a construction value of $1,000,000.
One permit was issued for a new commercial building to Mike Lally on behalf of B & M Storage located 1314 Rossi Road 1-14 with a construction value of $190,000. Three permits were issued for commercial remodels, the first being issued to Garland Insurance Company located at 1013 U.S. Highway 62 East with a construction value of $30,000. The second issued to Dacus Construction Company with a construction value of $200,000, and to Danny Jones located at 1398 Nicole Lane with a construction value of $800.
Two commercial sign permits were issued, with the first to DiJohn Designs on behalf of Nature’s Way located at 18 E. 7th Street with a construction value of $1,990 and the second to Oxford Signs on behalf of Garland Insurance Company located at 1013 U.S. Hwy. 62 East with a construction value of $7,000.
One permit was issued to Dacus Construction Company located at 1560 S. College Street for a parking lot with a construction value of $20,000.
Five permits for new residential building were issued to:
Three permits were issued to Gracy Enterprises on behalf of Cope Gracy for locations at 619, 677 and 697 Western Hills Loop for a construction value of $145,000; one permit was issued to Spillers Quarry Cabins on behalf of Spillers Quarry Cabins located at 244 Cliffside Trail with a construction value of $50,000; and another permit issued to Gracy Enterprises on behalf of Riverwalk Homes located at 77 Olympic Drive with a construction value of $265,000.
One permit was issued to Mike Lally located at 1314 Rossi Road for a residential driveway with a construction value of $190,000.
