Arkansas State will be one of four schools in Allen Park, Mich., to compete for the NCAA Women’s Bowling Championship. The Red Wolves will begin their run Friday morning as they face Youngstown State.

A-State entered the tournament as No. 2 overall seed. The Red Wolves started the tournament last weekend by winning the regional title in Rochester, N.Y., with victories over William Smith, Merrimack and Vanderbilt.

This will be Arkansas State’s sixth appearance in the final weekend as they seek their first national title. The Red Wolves have been the runners-up in 2008, 2021 and 2023 and finished third in 2010 and 2013.

The other matchup will be between top-seeded Jacksonville State and Sam Houston State. The event will begin with a double-elimination mega-match format. The two surviving teams will square off Saturday night in a best-of-seven Baker series to determine the national champions.

A-State’s opener with Youngstown State will begin at 8 and streamed live at ncaa.com/liveschedule.
