On Monday, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders appointed Russell Luder to the Marion County Quorum Court to fulfill the remaining term of Michael Scrima.
Scrima, who served as Justice of the Peace for District 1, died in March.
Luder’s term will expire December 31, 2024.
