The Arkansas Activities Association has released its All-State and All-State Tournament teams from the soccer season, and 13 area athletes are on the lists.
Seven athletes are representing Mountain Home and Harrison in Class 5A. On the girls’ side, the All-State team includes the Lady Bombers’ Lily Hinson and the Lady Goblins’ Mia Barrett, Erin Pratt and Liani Cash. Harrison was also represented on the All-State Tournament team by Lila Jones. Among the boys, Kelso Haught of Mountain Home and Grean Rogers of Harrison were named All-State.
Mountain View had six athletes recognized in Class 3A. On the boys’ side, the Yellowjackets were represented by All-State selections Kyle Corners, Maverick Woods, Jack Newton and Rush Sullivan. Corners also made the All-State Tournament team. For Mountain View’s girls, Paige Myers is on the All-State list, and Roxy Belmares received the All-State Tournament honor.
