Blackwater Bayou is a southern rock band out of the Little Rock area that is coming to Mountain Home to perform at the Free Baxter Summer Concert Series Kickoff at Hickory Park on Saturday night, but in light of the recent severe thunderstorms and tornadoes, Blackwater Bayou wanted to give something extra to the Twin Lakes area.
Blackwater Bayou will be performing an additional event Friday night at Rapp’s Barren at 7:30 P.M. The band will also be donating all proceeds to the Lions Club in Mountain Home to fund recovery in the area. The Lions Club has been pro-active in Norfork and surrounding communities in helping those affected by the recent disaster.
