In May, 16 building permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.
Three commercial remodels topped the report with one permit issued to Planet Construction on behalf of Five Below located at 40 Plaza Way, Suite 280 for a construction value of $250,000. A second permit was issued to Baxter Health for the Baxter Health Outpatient Surgery Center located at 761 Beard for a value of $225,000 and a third permit issued to Blazevic located at 808 West Road for a construction value of $125,000.
A two commercial building permits were issued in May. One permit was issued to Maloko Properties located at 1107 Highway 62 East with a construction value of $160,000. A second permit was issued to Americom on behalf of Hadley’s Haven located at 150 S. College for a construction value of $38,900.
Seven commercial sign permits were issued with the first to Cupples Signs on behalf of Gould Dentistry located at 206 S. College for a construction value of $64,600. a second permit issued to Cupples Signs on behalf of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church located at 249 Dyer Street for a construction value of $45,900. A sign permit was issued to Sign Studio on behalf of Seven Brew located at 650 Highway 62 East for a construction value of $19,756. Cupples Signs was issued a permit on behalf of Baxter Health Urology Clinic located at 15 Green Valley Drive for a construction amount of $3,500. Dijohn Designs was issued two permits, one on behalf of Mae Studio located at 362 E. 8th Street for a construction value of $2,200 and a second on behalf of Hobbs Motors located at 701 Highway 5 North for a construction value of $1,100. A sign permit was issued to Kelsey Bertel for Cove Coffee located at 714 S. Baker Street for a construction value of $650.
A new residential building permit was issued to Dennis Horton located at 1069 Ozark Avenue with a construction value of $2,000.
A residential addition permit was issued to Susan Preas located at 914 Dixie Street with a construction value of $10,000.
Two residential ACC structure permits were issued in May. The first was issued to Michael and Nora Douglas located at 512 Nevada Avenue with a construction value of $4,028. And the second permit was issued to Kimberley Hes located at 406 Locust Street with a construction value of $3,500.
