Local Girl Scout seeking to purchase musical instruments for ASUMH walking trail

A local Mountain Home Girl Scout is looking to bring musical opportunities to young children by purchasing permanent outdoor musical equipment to place at the end of the Story Walk on the ASU-Mountain Home walking trail. The purchasing of the instruments is part of her Girl Scout Silver Award Project. Madilynn Johnson, a 14-year-old girl scout, spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News to explain what these instruments will look like and how to play them.

Johnson is accepting donations in order to complete the project which is due at the beginning of September.
