A teenager from Calico Rock has been arrested on cruelty to animals and bestiality charges following an incident involving a dog this week. Nineteen-year-old Timothy Fear is being held in the Izard County Detention Center.
According to the incident report from the Izard County Sheriff’s Office, the responding deputy learned from the complainant his nine-year-old son had found a dead dog when he went to feed it. The man told the deputy he knew Fear, who is a farm hand, had a history of cruelty to animals and confronted him about it. He says Fear admitted to killing the dog and then sexually abusing it to seven people who were at the house.
Fear is being held without bond. Both animal cruelty and bestiality are misdemeanor charges.
