It was Pink Out night at the Hangar as Mountain Home’s volleyball teams faced Marion Monday evening. The 7th grade team started the night off winning their first two sets 25-20 and 25-12.
The junior high team kept up the momentum winning 2 of 3 sets with scores of 25-19, 19-25, 15-10. Dawson Harper posted 11 kills, 14 digs, Maycie Carlson had 9 kills, 4 blocks, and Violet Daughtery had 30 assists, 9 digs. The junior high team improves to a record of 10-3 overall and 8-1 conference.
Marion started to gain an edge on the night defeating the Lady Bomber’s junior varsity teams with scores of 18-25 and 21-25. Aleigh Lucas had 5 kills, 3 blocks and Ava Jones 5 digs, 16 assist.
The varisty team fought hard but where not able to make any headway losing to Marion in 4 matches. Anna McCarn had 11 kills 9 block, 5 digs, Deanna Human 8 kills, 4 blocks, 3 digs and Annyston Crooker posted 5 kills, 3 blocks.
